Your prints are all wrapped and shipped carefully to protect them during the journey that will eventually lead them to your wall. After a lot of thinking and re-thinking, here is how we proceed now: the print is numbered and gets an official Geek-Art stamp mark. It is then wrapped in silk paper, put in a tube, and then in a cardboard. We then add an official and numbered Geek-Art Certificate of Authenticity. This is the best way to perfectly protect your Geek-Art print.

After your order, there can be up to 3 weeks delay before your print is shipped. Once it’s done, we will write you an e-mail to warn you, along with your invoice and the shipment number.

We do our best to provide a good service and protect your order. But we are not responsible for the way postal services treat the shipments. However, if you encounter any problem with your order, please do not hesitate to email us : geek-art-store@gmx.fr.

Nous faisons tout notre possible pour protéger votre print durant le long voyage qui le mènera sur votre mur. Après avoir réfléchi et re-réfléchi, voici la meilleure manière que nous avons trouvé pour protéger votre achat : le print est numéroté au dos et reçoit un tampon officiel Geek-Art avant d’être enveloppé dans du papier de soie. Il est ensuite roulé dans un tube de carton, puis enfermé dans un colis rectangulaire. Le print est bien entendu accompagné de son Certificat d’Authenticité officiel Geek-Art.

Après avoir commandé, comptez sur 2-3 semaines avant que votre commande ne soit envoyée. Nous vous enverrons un mail une fois celle-ci partie, accompagné de la facture ainsi que du numéro de colis.

Nous faisons de notre mieux pour vous satisfaire et protéger votre print, mais nous ne sommes malheureusement pas responsable des colis perdus ou endommagés par la Poste. Cependant, si vous rencontrez un souci avec votre commande, n’hésitez surtout pas à nous envoyer un mail : geek-art-store@gmx.fr
